Because the Vault is a mystery subscription, all items are final sale. We can’t accept returns or exchanges, but we carefully curate each box to ensure you get incredible value.
Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account. Just make sure to cancel before the 25th of the month if you don’t want to be billed for the next month’s box.
